Fukuoka Water Park

■A complete changeover is implemented every 45 minutes, and the play time includes the changeover time.

■Those who cannot swim are not permitted to enter. Those who may panic in the presence of water are also asked to refrain from entering.

■Children under elementary school age are not permitted to enter.

■Each admission ticket is valid for one person, one time only, within the specified period.

■This service is only available to children who are at least 110cm tall and 6 years of age or older (height will be checked at the reception).

■Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. [Maximum of two children per adult.]
However, in case of bad weather, the limit will be one child per adult.

■ We do not allow any changes to the time of tickets (wristbands) once they have been purchased.

■Tickets (wristbands) that have been purchased will not be reissued if lost.

■Please check the time on your purchased ticket and gather in front of the building 15 minutes before the start time.

■Please fill out the application form with the names of all participants before registering.

■Please leave your belongings in a locker (fee applies). (A fee will be charged for key replacement if the key is lost.)

■We will swim to the water park. (93m from land to water play area)

■This service may be unavailable in case of bad weather.

■ Changes to the time after application, lateness, cancellations due to user's circumstances,
No refunds will be given for lost colored wristbands or for failure to comply with the terms and conditions.

■Reservations and use of our services are not permitted while intoxicated. Those suspected of being intoxicated may be required to undergo an alcohol test. *No refunds will be given after booking.

■This service is not available to those who are feeling unwell, have concerns, or are pregnant.

■People with visible tattoos or body art (including temporary tattoos)
You will not be allowed to use the facilities unless you wear a rash guard or similar garment to cover yourself.

■ You cannot wear accessories, flip-flops, or goggles while using the facilities.

■ You are welcome to bring cameras and smartphones, but please ensure that other users are not included in your photos.

■ You are responsible for any injuries, loss, damage, or other problems that may occur.

■Passengers are responsible for managing their own luggage.

■Smoking and eating/drinking are prohibited at Fukuoka Water Park. Bringing these items in is also not permitted.

■ Do not engage in any behavior that may disturb or endanger other users, such as jumping in, throwing people, or pushing them off.

■Please follow the instructions of the lifeguards and staff.

■Please strictly adhere to safety rules and prohibited actions.

■Please be aware that videos and photos taken by the operators may be posted on the website or used for advertising purposes.

■Refunds or free tickets will only be issued in the event of cancellation due to the organizer's circumstances or decision.
*At that time, you will receive the colored wristband that we gave you.

■(In the event of cancellation due to a sudden change in weather, the refund condition is that less than 25 minutes have elapsed since the start of use.)
*Free tickets are only valid within their expiration date.

水上遊具、ライフジャケット、設置及び運営方法を採用しています。ガイドラインの詳細についてはバナーのリンク先をご覧ください。

    ①運営者が開設した時間内でのみ利用可能です。
    ②ライフガード及び係員の監視下のみ利用可能です。
    ③天候の急変（雷や積乱雲など）の理由から利用出来ない場合があります。
    ④自分や周囲の人への事故防止のためにに安全に配慮して、怪我なく全員が楽しめるようにしましょう。
    ⑤ウォーターパーク指定ライフジャケットを無料でお貸し致します。
    ⑥海上遊具上からの飛び込みは禁止致します。
    ⑦ピアス・イアリング・ネックレス・手荷物等はロッカー（有料）に預けてください。
    ⑧タトゥー、入れ墨（シールを含む）を入れられたかたは利用できません。（ラッシュガードは数に限りがございます）
    ⑨アクセサリー、ゴーグルをつけての利用はできません。
    ⑩帽子の使用はあごひもをつけなければOKです。
    ⑪海上遊具施設内にカメラ・スマートフォンの持ち込みはできますが、怪我や紛失などに関しては自己責任となります。
    ⑫予約申し込み後に飲酒し、入場を断られた場合の返金はありません。
    ⑬薬を服用した方は、利用できません。
    ⑭荷物の管理は利用者自身が行います。（砂浜においておかれる荷物は特に注意）
    ⑮飛び込みは禁止です。
    ⑯運営者が撮影した映像、写真等をホームページや広告物等に掲載する場合がある事をご了承ください。
    ⑰天候の急変等で途中中止の場合もあります。（返金いたしません）
    ⑱申し込み後の返金は出来ません。（ただし、主催者の都合、悪天候による中止の場合のみ、無料チケットで返金致します。）
    ⑲集合時間に遅れた場合の返金は致しません。
    ⑳無料チケットは有効期限のみ有効です。
